How to Run OpenOffice from Command Line or Terminal

First of all, I do not put application shortcuts(icons) on my desktop; otherwise, I get lost in my desktop while searching something. What I use is generally the run command in Windows(WKey+R) and/or Linux(Alt+F2).

I do not know why but Open Office has different application binary names in Windows and Linux.

In Linux, I need use "ooffice" to open the bundle and pick my application to use.
Whereas in Windows, I use "soffice" to open the bundle and pick my application to use.
