Printing multiple different documents at the same time

One of my colleagues asked me how she can send print job for multiple documents at the same time.
For instance your printer is far away and you want the jobs wait until you get ready with what to print and go in one turn to pick the printed pile up.

First choose the printer that you would like to setup;

Then right click on the printer to see the current printing activity;

In the end choose offline mode to pile up printing jobs before sending them to the printer.

Once you are done with the list of documents that you want to print in one time, uncheck "Use Printer Offline" option.
