How to install iOS 7 Beta?

Here are the steps to download and install iOS 7 Beta* to your iPhone. (Takes almost 30 min)

Step 0. Add your device into your provisioned devices. You can find your UDID from iTunes by clicking on the Serial Number and right clicking to copy the value.



Step 1. Download iOS 7 Beta source file (*.dmg). Model A1428 is for AT&T Model A1429 is for Sprint and Verizon.



Step 2. Extract *.dmg file by double clicking.



Step 3. Open iTunes and backup your current iOS. (hopefully you already upgraded to iOS 6 already)
Step 4. Hold the option(alt) key and click on "Restore iPhone".
Step 5. Choose the *.ipsw file that you have extracted.
Step 6. Click restore and follow the installation process.
Step 7. Restore back your applications from your backup.



Now, you are ready to play with the new iOS!!


* You need developer account in order to download iOS 7 Beta.

Does Netflix work on iOS 5 Beta 4?

Yes, finally Netflix works on iOS 5 Beta 4!! Two days ago I updated Netflix to a new version and boom it not works on iOS 5 now. But in my opinion iOS 5 is still not ready for a release to public. Here is the latest bug I faced with; After my update to iOS 5 Beta 4, alarm clock on the phone did not work! I had to reset the alarm clock to make it working again, huh.
