How to fix scrolling lag in Macbook Pro Retina

Yes, you have paid a premium price for a great laptop (2012 Macbook Pro 13 with Retina) and there is a lag while scrolling even a simple web page on Safari! It is so annoying that beautifulness of the fonts in retina display does not even matter.

Fortunately, Apple solved the scrolling lags with its new operating system OS X Mavericks. Just download the OS from the App Store for free. After installing the new OS, scrolling became very smooth during web site browsing via Safari. The only minor issue I see is that even if you just try to scroll up/down, page moves left/right slightly and feels like the whole page is floating. But again this is a much smaller issue than laggy scroll on a retina display.
